GODS Vessel
Song writer, and former model; Antione T. Minor (born March 27, 1985) also known as GODs Vessel, is a Hip-Hop Christian recording artist and founder of his own specialty clothing brand since 2009, Show Me the Scriptures.
First debuting in 1997, at the tender age of twelve, as the secular Hip-Hop underground artist, The Captain Elite, Antione went on to later co-write and perform songs like Dream Mate featuring, Shamia and Can I Show You, featuring, Quintell Carter. Soon after he would try a short stint in modeling.
With a growing audience and popularity of over 100,000 followers on social media, Antione’s career was starting to catapult when in the Spring of 2009, after a string of unexpected tragedies Antione faced many challenges.
Confronting those obstacles head-on, Antione had decided to turn away from recording his music, modeling career and other vices that affected his fleshly desires. It was in that moment; he asked the LORD to show him the way.
Once alone, and diligently seeking GOD's face, Mr. Minor had confessed his sins to his LORD and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST. As he confessed all his shortcomings, he asked and received GOD's forgiveness.
Moving forward, it was his time to devote himself to reading scriptures, fasting, praying, and crying out to the Lord. When GOD heard his cry Antione believes that the received this encouragement from GOD, “Son you are gifted, I have given you gifts and spiritual gifts are irrevocable.”
“For the gifts and the calling of GOD are irrevocable.” (Romans 11:29)
Acknowledging that he could not return a gift just because he was ready to call it quits, he continued to seek God.
Antione believes that GOD encouraged him, and that encouragement was a new start, “everything before now under the stage name, The Captain Elite is dead. I placed you in the field to mold you for your true journey.”
Antione believes the LORD guided him to see many scriptures to stand on and confirm HIS word.
With a rejuvenated spirit, new hunger, and love for JESUS CHRIST, Antione submitted to the Lord’s new assignment, as his symbolic rebirth, accepting his role as the gospel Hip-Hop artist, GODs Vessel.
Today, still multitalented, and chosen for GODservice with the LORD JESUS CHRIST guiding him, he vows to fulfill his purpose in ministry and build a legacy for the generations to come.
GODs Vessel’s musical viewpoint is now rooted in the biblical scripture,
But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.

Purpose defined as reason for being, what is my reason for being my reason for existing?
Throughout praying, reading, and studying, I realized that my purpose, my reason for being, is to utilize (all / everything that GOD has created for me in me through me all /everything that GOD has blessed me with all that GOD has predestined for me to experience), learn, understand (all who GOD predestined for me to network with) for GODs glory for the building of GODs Kingdom for the building of GODs royal Family and impacting this world, nation to nation, city to city, state to state, county to county, country to country, region to region, for GOD in JESUS name AMEN.
A friend and I spoke about paying it forward and as the conversation continued, he spoke about the appreciation he had for the transformation that he realized took place in my life from looking at and viewing and listening to the former music content I released and the current music Ministry content I’m doing now. He also spoke about family and throughout the conversation he made a statement, “as I look around your life I see ten people behind you who are impacted by your decisions”.
That’s when a word sent from GOD; that was predestined to minister to me was presented to me. GOD revealed to me in that conversation, the title to the album Purpose Driven (I got ten behind me).
As days, weeks, and moments continued, I reflected on the title of the album and I realized that those who are around me, those who are impacted by me, are ten or more children, ten or more teenagers, ten or more youth, ten or more women, ten or more men, ten or more naturally, ten or more supernaturally, that are impacted by me and the decisions and moves i make.
I once heard you have the choice to decide, the right to choose a decision, but you do not have the choice to choose the consequence from the decisions you choose.

Show me the Scriptures is a music ministry organization, designed to impact the listeners with relatable music that has a scripture reference. To title yourself a Christian Gospel artist having a scripture reference to lay the foundation for the project is a must.

David Moore – Today, we have a special review of a Christian Hip Hop video from GODs Vessel. The video was released on September 26, 2012. This review was requested from our friends at the Devine Jamz Gospel Network, they promote Christian artists for an affordable love donation; so if you are a Christian artist, check them out.
The song is called, “I’m a Rider for the Lord Yahweh,” from the album “The Transformation: Last Chance to Right My Wrongs” released July 17, 2012.The lyrics are by GODs Vessel (the artist,) and the beat is by Geno Montana. We have the music video embedded here on this page for those of you interested in checking it out.
First thing that stands out about this video is the song itself, the artist and his vocals. He’s really good! One of the better Christian rappers I’ve heard, he is really talented, the lyrics are more than solid and the beat is great too. The video was produced by SilverHook Studios, they did a great job too.
The video itself is pretty good for an indie artist, I like the car the artist is driving in in the video … the kids dancing are a great touch, but I really like that he’s in the ghetto going around singing about the Lord and passing out Bibles in gang territory. Let me tell you, you have to be a lot tougher doing that than you have to be to carry a gun through there. I really enjoyed this music video and the song, I think that we will hear a lot more from GODs Vessel in the future, we wish him the best and look forward to hearing more!
